Using Cozi To Stay On Top Of It All

With a husband working two jobs (a full time and a part time), a child who has therapy appointments, family dinners, doctor appointments, homeschooling, I really need a family calendar to help me stay on top of it all!

I was introduced to Cozi through Twitter, and it was love at first site. I sat down and created our calendar. I started with pay days, then added therapy appointment, and then work schedules. I can customize the coloring, so I know that Chubbs is orange, and Hubs' work schedule is in red. It helps look quickly at days we may need to reschedule therapy. If we are trying to plan a homeschool "field trip", I can easily look at our calendar and determine the best days. It makes menu planning easy too, because for us, there are some nights when it's just Chubbs and me and I don't want to cook a big meal. I can plan those "free for all" nights, and plan the good meals for when Hubs is home!

One thing I really like... if I need to send a reminder to Hubs about an appointment, I can enter his cell phone number and he will get a text message! Heck, even I need to text message reminders every once in a while! This could also be a great way to let family members know of an upcoming sports game for the kids or school choir concert!

Cozi's Family Calendar is easy to use, printable, sync-able with Outlook, sendable to phone, and easy enough for everyone in your family to read.

Until the end of March, Cozi is giving away FREE GROCERIES! You can get an extra entry for every friend you refer! So jump on Twitter and Facebook and start letting your friends know, or if you have a blog you can grab the button! You can use those free groceries in conjunction with your Family Calendar to meal plan!

This post is sponsored/paid. All opinions are 100% mine, and I would be more then happy to show you my crazy colorful calendar! See my disclosure page for more information.
