It's funny that when things happen in your life, you find yourself jumping from "About Me" page to another "About Me" page to update everything. I wish it were automatic!

I'm a mom and wife, who loves to cook, go shopping, and read. I'm always working my way through a book, and love to share books with others. I love to use coupons and find great deals, and while that has been the focus on this blog, I have started blogging more personal things, and really developing who I am. I use blogging as a release, as a tool, and I'm glad that you've come here to share that with me.

I am an advocate for special needs because of my son, which has prompted me to host a MomTV.com live webshow called Special Needs Chat w/ Mandi. The show focuses on all aspects of special needs, from raising a child with special needs, to sharing products, to debating. I want to cover as much as possible and am always on the hunt for topics and information.  I love having my own show, it's a really empowering thing when someone thanks you for sharing information and being an educator. I've always wanted to educate, and I think I may have found my calling.

I "work from home" maintaining a home, raising a child, authoring this blog, creating the MomTV shows, and educated parents. I love what I do!
